RES Software rebrands to RES One

Last week, RES Software announced in a press release that a new product suite will be released mid-august 2015. Founder and CEO Bob Janssen of RES software introduces the new suite in a video blog here. The RES ONE Suite 2015 is the new name for the IT-Store, Workspace Manager and Automation Manager products.

The RES ONE Suite 2015 consists of RES ONE Self Service, RES Workspace and RES ONE Automation.

Highlights of the upcoming release are:

RES ONE Self Service

  • New mobile app for IOS and Android.
  • New web-based management portal.
  • Workflow editor.

RES ONE Workspace

  • File hashed-based security and web filtering.
  • Auto-discovery tool for Office365 and Microsoft Exchange.

RES ONE Automation

  • Version control on automated tasks.
  • New tasks for IBM Maximo, IBM BigFix, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, IBM Softlayer and IBM Fiberlink.
