In the last week before the Christmas holidays the bi-annual RSVP (RES Software Valued Professional) meeting was held at the RES Software HQ. I am very surprised how many people don’t know this fantastic small tool. It is standard Windows functionality since Windows 7 and if you need to report a bug or document installation or configuration steps, this tool is a ‘must-have’. I am talking about the (Problem) Steps Recorder, PSR.EXE
...RES Software trainers meeting
Last week I attended the annual RES Software Certified Trainers (RCT) meeting at RES Software in ‘s Hertogenbosch/Netherlands. All RES Software Certified Trainers meet and discuss topic like training materials, exams, what’s new in software products and other stuff. It is also a bit a social event, good to see the crew at RES Software again and meet other trainers.
